How can we believe in an Imam who committed horrific acts with children, and how can the objectives of the enemies of Islam be confronted in such cases?

If an Imam has committed acts such as harassment or sodomy, this is an abomination rejected by both Sharia and human nature. The Imam alone bears the burden of his sin, not the Islamic Sharia, which has forbidden indecencies and permitted marriage for all. As for the Christians who criticize Islam because of these actions, it is more fitting for them to criticize their distorted scripture, which prohibits marriage for clerics, thereby leading them into sexual scandals. The Imam must offer sincere repentance, and Muslims should advise him and urge him to repent. He should be replaced by a just individual if possible.
