What is the ruling on a husband demanding a gift (a vehicle) from his ex-wife after a 25-year marriage that ended in divorce, while he continues to pay its installments?

If a husband gifts a vehicle to his wife and she takes possession of it, it becomes her property, and he is not permitted to reclaim it. This is based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "It is not permissible for anyone who gives a gift to retract it, except for a parent regarding what they give to their child." And also: "The one who retracts his gift is like a dog that vomits and then returns to its vomit." However, some Malikis permit the reclamation of a gift if the marriage is dissolved immediately after the giving, not after several years.
