Is the prayer and fasting of a devout Christian wife who believes in the prophethood of Muhammad (peace be upon him) and the Holy Quran, and who has expressed her readiness to pray and fast during Ramadan, acceptable?

A wife is not considered a Muslim except by uttering the two testimonies of faith (Shahadatayn) and firmly believing in them, and by being free from anything that nullifies Islam. Therefore, no prayer or fasting will be accepted from her before she embraces Islam. Her belief in the message of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and in the Quran, while remaining Christian, does not make her a Muslim. One must strive to advise her and invite her to Islam gently and wisely, pray for her guidance, and seek the help of righteous women to invite her. Inviting disbelievers to Islam is a religious duty that does not contradict the principle of no compulsion.
