Will there be kings in Paradise? And who are they?

The lowest in rank among the people of Paradise will possess a dominion like that of ten kings of this world, and he will have whatever his soul desires and his eyes delight in. As for the highest in rank among the people of Paradise, only Allah the Almighty knows their dominion and their bliss, in fulfillment of the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him, who narrated from his Lord: "I have prepared for My righteous servants what no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no human heart has conceived." Al-Qurtubi explained the verse: "And when you look there [in Paradise], you will see delight and great dominion" (Qur’an 76:20) by saying that the lowest in rank among them will gaze upon his dominion for a distance of two thousand years.
