Is it permissible to utilize interest funds from the Housing Fund to purchase a home for marriage, given the inability to buy a home with the current salary?

The illicitly-gained money is to be spent on the poor and the needy, and on public welfare projects for Muslims such as hospitals. Its possessor is not allowed to benefit from it unless he is poor and in need, or he gives it to one of his poor and needy relatives. It is not permissible to take illicit money to buy a house if the need for housing can be met by renting.
