Is the maternal uncle of the رضاع (radha'a) daughter's mother a mahram to her, and are his children mahrams to her?

The maternal uncle of the wet nurse is a mahram to her foster daughter, because she is the daughter of the maternal uncle's sister through breastfeeding. Breastfeeding establishes the same prohibitory relations as lineage, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Breastfeeding prohibits what lineage prohibits." As for the sons of the maternal uncle, they are not mahrams.
