Is "May God not bless the predestined wage" an authentic and agreed-upon Prophetic Hadith, and how can it be applied in a public institution, and does it mean leaving one's job?

This saying is not known to have an origin as a hadith. If "al-mahtum" in it means "that which is predetermined," then it is impossible for it to be a hadith, because the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Indeed, the best of what a man eats is from his own earning." And a hadith was narrated: "Nine-tenths of sustenance is in trade, and one-tenth is in livestock." This does not mean the superiority of trade over industry and agriculture, but rather indicates the abundance of sustenance therein.
