What is the ruling on seeking treatment for breast enlargement due to psychological distress caused by their small size, knowing that the questioner fears God and performs her acts of worship?

If the small size of the breasts is significant and treatment with medications and herbs has not been successful, there is no harm in performing surgery to enlarge them. A believer should not despair, for whoever fears Allah and perseveres, Allah does not let the reward of the good-doers be lost.
