Do the husband's words to his wife in a state of anger, "You want to drive me out of the house," or "That's it, I'm leaving the house," or "I'm going to flee from the house," or "I'm leaving the house," fall under the words of metaphorical divorce?

Divorce occurs through the clear utterance from the husband or by implication accompanied by intention. What the husband said is neither a clear nor an implied statement of divorce, as it does not bear that meaning. Therefore, nothing results from it, especially if he suffers from obsessive thoughts (waswasah). He should disregard these whispers, seek Allah's help, and frequently supplicate.
