It is not permissible for a female doctor to look at the private parts of an adult woman unless there is a necessity, and verifying virginity is not a necessity. Virginity is not a condition for marriage, and a girl may lose it for reasons unrelated to honor, so it is not permissible to wrong her or accuse her. The husband has the option to separate from her if he did not stipulate her virginity. A girl may lose her morals without losing her virginity, so these examinations do not solve the problem, and it is not permissible for the girl's guardians to mention her past misdeeds.
