Allah Almighty holds the accountable, sane person accountable according to their ability, and pardons those who are unable to perform acts of worship. If they are able to perform them, it is obligatory upon them to do so. As for the statement that the soul transmigrates from one body to another, it is a corrupt belief and disbelief.
