How is the inheritance divided among: a son, a father, a mother, a daughter, and a wife?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, the wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant. The mother and father each receive one-sixth, also due to the presence of a lineal descendant. The remainder is distributed to the son and daughter by ta’sib, with the male receiving the share of two females. The inheritance is divided into seventy-two shares: the wife receives nine shares, the mother and father each receive twelve shares, the son receives twenty-six shares, and the daughter receives thirteen shares. Inheritance matters must be referred to Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure there are no wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
