What is the ruling on changing the words of a Prophetic Hadith or a Quranic verse for the purpose of jest or criticizing reality, knowing the permissibility of quoting from the Quran in literature?

Introducing a Quranic verse, or part of it, or part of a Hadith into speech without attribution is known as اقتباس (quotation/citation), and it is permissible if the purpose of the speech is beneficial. However, quotation for the purpose of jesting and mockery is forbidden. It is permissible for litterateurs to quote from the Quran for rhetorical purposes, as long as the subject of the speech is beneficial and contains nothing that is religiously objectionable.
