What is the ruling on women's discharges in terms of purity and impurity? Is it permissible for a woman to adopt the view that these discharges are not impure, and would she be sinful for doing so? How can she perform Umrah and Tawaf while observing the rules of purity from these discharges?

Discharge about whose ritual impurity there is doubt is considered pure, and there is no need to track its exit. If a woman suffers from incontinence of this discharge, she performs ablution (wudu') for each prayer after the entry of its time, and ritual cleansing (istinja') is not obligatory, because this discharge is ruled to be pure. The default is purity, and impurity is not ruled except with certainty of its exit from the urinary tract. One should strive against waswas (whispers of the devil/obsessive thoughts). There is no issue in performing 'Umrah; performing ablution for each prayer is sufficient for one who suffers from incontinence, and there is no need to go to restrooms for istinja'. It is permissible for a layperson to follow the opinion of a scholar whom they trust.
