Is the husband entitled to expel the domestic worker whom the wife brought with his consent, or to demand that she pay for her accommodation?

Marital life is often not without problems, and what is most important is to be wise and to prevent Satan from seizing an opportunity. If the presence of a maid serves the family's interest, and there is mutual understanding between the spouses, then the husband should not make her presence a cause for problems, especially since the wife is the one paying her salary. Providing a maid may be obligatory for the husband if the wife is accustomed to having servants. There is no statement from the jurists regarding whether the husband is obligated to house his wife's maid, and it appears that recourse should be made to the custom of the people of the land in this matter. We emphasize the importance of understanding between spouses for marital life to be stable and the family to be happy.
