The answer

Maintenance and lodging are obligatory for a woman divorced with a revocable divorce as long as she is in her iddah (waiting period), and similarly for a woman divorced with an irrevocable divorce if she is pregnant, based on the Almighty’s saying: (And if they should be pregnant, then spend on them until they deliver their burden). As for the belongings, if the divorced woman has taken ownership and possession of them, the husband has no claim over them. If they are still the husband’s property, he may assess their value against his divorced wife by agreement, and calculate them against the costs of maintenance and lodging rent, bearing in mind that chivalry dictates waiving them for her, and in accordance with the Almighty’s saying: (And do not forget graciousness between yourselves).
