If the house is yours and registered in your wife’s name, then your wife’s son does not inherit from the house, because it is not her property, and he is not one of your heirs. Merely registering the house in the wife’s name does not make it her property. However, if the house becomes the wife’s property through inheritance or purchase, and then she passes away, her son inherits his mother's share of it and of all her other properties.
