What is the ruling on a person suffering from irritable bowel syndrome leading the prayer, and is he required to repeat his ablution for every prayer?

This situation resembles urinary incontinence. Therefore, one must perform ablution (Wudu') at the beginning of each prayer time, and similarly for the Friday prayer after the second call to prayer, even if there is heavy crowding. The prayer led by the affected person is valid, but it might be better for someone else to lead the people in prayer to avoid worshippers noticing anything exiting from him, without the need to explain his condition to them. We ask Allah to remove this affliction from him and restore his health.
