What is the ruling on dealing with the Forex system - currency trading on margin - to pay off debts, knowing that brokerage companies take their profit from the currency difference, and transactions are carried out on the program instantaneously, while the transfer and withdrawal of funds takes 24 hours, and the company's accounts that will be used are in usurious banks?

It is recommended to frequently engage in repentance (Tawbah) and seeking forgiveness (Istighfar), based on the noble Hadith: "Whoever adheres to seeking forgiveness, Allah will make for him a way out of every difficulty, and a relief from every worry, and will provide for him from where he does not expect." It is also recommended to frequently supplicate (make du'a), especially the du'a for worry and debt: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, and I seek refuge in You from inability and laziness, and I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from the burden of debt and the domination of men."

Regarding financial transactions, there is no harm in trading provided that margin and leverage (al-margin) are avoided, as they constitute a loan that brings benefit, and also avoiding holding positions overnight. If the trader can avoid these prohibitions, especially when dealing with currencies, gold, and silver, then there is no harm in it. As for the brokerage firm depositing its funds in interest-based banks out of necessity while disposing of the usurious interest, there is no harm upon them.
