Is love for a respectable girl, with no ambiguity, and with the intention of proposing to her, considered unlawful even if one's prayers are intermittent?

One must be careful to keep company with the good, and to avoid places of temptation. If the love of a woman enters the heart and one refrains from the unlawful, there is no sin. One must beware of forbidden glances and unnecessary conversations. If she is religious and of good character, one may propose to her; otherwise, turn your heart away from her. Young men should be advised and reminded of the danger of slandering Muslims.

One must be aware of the danger of neglecting prayer and should maintain it at its prescribed time and with the Muslim congregation.

We advise filling one's time with what benefits one in matters of religion and worldly life, increasing the remembrance of Allah and the recitation of the Qur'an, being eager for beneficial knowledge, turning away from the ignorant, and refraining from insults and obscene language.
