Is it permissible to collectively recite the Qur’an with the intention of seeking victory and relief during times of hardship?

It is permissible to seek intercession through reciting the Quran to fulfill a specific need, as this is a form of seeking intercession through righteous deeds, which is sanctioned. As for gathering to recite the Quran, there are various forms, some of which are permissible and some are not.
