What is the religious ruling on money obtained from selling a nightclub, knowing that its owner intends to repent and change his work to something permissible?

It is forbidden to sell a nightclub if it is to remain a place of immorality and disobedience, because if Allah prohibits something, He also prohibits its price. Furthermore, this constitutes cooperation in sin and aggression. However, if the nightclub is transformed into a permissible place, such as a restaurant, then its sale is permissible. If a permissible item is sold and it is used to facilitate disobedience, then it is forbidden; therefore, it is not permissible to sell a nightclub prepared for disobedience. If the sale is forbidden, then the resulting price is unlawful, and one must dispose of it by spending it on charitable causes.
