If a dispute arises concerning the killing or the blood money, it is best to refer the matter to the Sharia court, as the judge's ruling is binding. It is important to warn against the danger of vendettas and being lenient with bloodshed, because Islamic law has stipulated that the implementation of punishments (hudud) is for the Muslim ruler.
