Is it permissible to greet a Muslim with "peace" while I detest him for the sake of Allah?

It is permissible to greet a disobedient Muslim, even if you dislike him. It was narrated from Abu Ad-Dardaa' that he said: "Indeed, we smile in the faces of some people and laugh with them, even though our hearts curse them." A Muslim should love another Muslim according to his religiosity and dislike him according to his disobedience. If it is known that shunning the disobedient person will lead to his repentance, then it is permissible to shun him and not greet him until he repents. However, if it is not known that shunning will affect him, then it is better to greet him and continue advising him and praying for him.
