What is the ruling on one who prays without Wudu or eats while fasting due to a psychological condition, and is it permissible for him to lead people in prayer?

One who suffers from severe forgetfulness that affects their acts of worship must consult doctors. There is no sin upon them for what occurs due to forgetfulness, but they must repeat the prayer if they remember they prayed it without ritual purity. And whoever eats or drinks forgetfully while fasting should complete their fast, and there is no قضin عليه. It is permissible for such a person to lead people in prayer if they can control the actions of the prayer and their illness has not reached the point of mental confusion; otherwise, religious obligations would be lifted from them, and their imamate would not be permissible.
