Is seeing one's face in a mirror considered among the forbidden forms of image-making?

Seeing one's face in a mirror is not considered a prohibited form of depiction, unlike photographic imaging. A mirror image is not permanent and disappears when the person moves away, whereas a photographic image is permanent and can be a cause of temptation. Furthermore, the sacred texts absolutely prohibited images, and specifically prohibited those that are akin to photographic images, such as depictions on clothing and walls. There is no analogy to be made where there is a clear text.
