Is it permissible for someone who builds a cemetery with the intention of charity to be buried in it?

It is permissible for someone who dedicates land as a cemetery to be buried in it, or who dedicates land as a mosque to pray in it, because a general endowment includes them as one of the Muslims. It was reported that Uthman ibn Affan, may Allah be pleased with him, made Bi’r Rum’a (the Well of Rum’a) a public endowment, and his bucket in it was like the buckets of the Muslims.
