ما هي الآيات القرآنية والأدعية التي تُعين على غض البصر؟

One must lower their gaze from what Allah has forbidden, as Allah Almighty says: "Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their private parts." Allah knows the treachery of the eyes and what the breasts conceal. And being conscious of Allah Almighty is the greatest deterrent from looking at forbidden things. It is recommended to supplicate with the words: "O Allah, purify my heart from hypocrisy, my deeds from show-off, my tongue from lying, and my eye from treachery, for You know the treachery of the eyes and what the breasts conceal."
