Is a father considered sinful for abandoning his daughter and wife and refusing to speak with his recently married daughter, even though she has done no wrong, and is the girl fearful of God's judgment upon her if her father dies while displeased with her?

If a father refuses his daughter's marriage without a legitimate Shar'i reason, he has no right to do so. However, her dutifulness and obedience to him remain obligatory upon the daughter. She should strive to reconcile with him and seek help from relatives. If he insists on estrangement, she bears no sin, and she should continue her attempts at communication and supplication. As for a father abandoning his wife and daughter without a legitimate Shar'i reason, this is forbidden (haram), because it is impermissible for a Muslim to abandon his brother for more than three nights, and this applies even more so to one's wife and daughter.
