This defect does not prevent enjoyment and is not a repulsive disfigurement, so it should not be mentioned, and silence about it is not deceit. The defects that must be mentioned are those that are serious illnesses or prevent intercourse. So, do not tell the husband about this defect, and proceed with the marriage. With the caveat that the phrase "I still hate my father" is not spoken by a Muslim.
