What is the virtue of the Duha prayer?

Dhuha prayer is a supererogatory and highly recommended prayer with immense virtue. It is a charity for every joint in the body, and two rak'ahs suffice for this. Allah Almighty said: "Son of Adam, pray for Me four rak'ahs at the beginning of the day, and I will suffice you for its end." It is the closest in meaning, the most gainful, and the quickest to return for one who performs ablution and goes to the mosque for the Dhuha prayer. It is the prayer of the oft-returning (awwabin) when the young camels feel the heat of the ground. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, advised Abu Hurayrah concerning the two rak'ahs of Dhuha.
