What is the ruling on a woman unveiling her face, and is her prayer permissible?

Allah Almighty has forbidden women from displaying their adornment and beauty to non-mahram men, and commanded them to observe the hijab. He also forbade striking the feet to conceal adornment. It is mentioned in the Prophet's Sunnah that women who display their adornment (mutabarrijat) will face the severest punishment on the Day of Judgment, and that they are cursed and hypocrites. Furthermore, a perfumed woman who leaves her house intending for people to smell her scent is considered an adulteress. A woman's display of adornment is a great sin, but it does not affect the validity of her prayer or fasting if these acts fulfill their conditions and pillars, while remembering that prayer should deter from indecency and evil.
