Is doubting religion considered disbelief or hypocrisy if one discusses such misgivings with friends and wishes them to be afflicted by them, and does this affect the marriage contract?

You are not a disbeliever or an apostate as long as you hate the whispers of disbelief. This is a sign of faith, for in the hadith (definition): "That is pure faith." The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, praised Allah who reduced the devil's plot to mere whispers. Try to ignore these whispers and live your life normally. It is not permissible to wish for others to be afflicted with whispers; rather, you should love for them what you love for yourself. Turn to Allah and ask Him to grant you well-being.
