Does the noble Hadith: "Indeed, among the servants of Allah are people who are neither prophets nor martyrs, yet the prophets and martyrs will envy them on the Day of Resurrection for their status with Allah Almighty..." indicate that the status of those who love each other for the sake of Allah may surpass the rank of prophets and martyrs?

The Prophets and martyrs hold the highest ranks with Allah. It is mentioned in a Hadith from the Prophet (peace be upon him) that among Allah's servants are those whom the Prophets and martyrs envy, such as those who love each other for the sake of Allah. The envy here does not mean that the Prophets and martyrs wish to be in the position of these beloved ones due to any deficiency on their part. Rather, it signifies their admiration for their status and their joy for them, because Prophets and martyrs generally hold a higher rank. This preference in a specific status does not imply preference in all statuses.
