What is the sunnah-prescribed order for reciting Al-Mu'awwidhatayn and Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad? Is it permissible to deviate from it? As for bedtime, one should cup their hands together, blow into them, recite these surahs, and then wipe their body with their hands three times. The correct order is to recite before blowing. Seeking refuge with Al-Mu'awwidhatayn is prescribed both within and outside of prayer, and it is sunnah to wipe oneself and others with them.
