Is the job considered unlawful due to lying in response to a question during a personal interview, knowing that the lie did not affect the results of others and acceptance was based on excellence in the specialization?

Lying is forbidden and must be avoided except out of necessity. What was said to the examination committee has no bearing on the job as long as the person passed the tests and performs their work as required. Sincere repentance to Allah the Almighty is necessary, and the work is permissible, and the reward is attained through sincerity and good counsel.
