Are the nullifiers of Islam included in the noble Hadith, and what is the rest of the Hadith?

The concealment commanded in the hadith: “Avoid these impurities that Allah has forbidden. Whoever commits any of them should conceal himself with Allah’s veil and repent to Allah, for whoever exposes his misdeeds to us, we will apply Allah’s كتاب [ruling/law] upon him,” along with repentance, encompasses all sins and transgressions.
