How was the Prophet (peace be upon him) washed, shrouded, prayed over, and buried?

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was washed while clothed, after the Companions heard a caller say so. Then he was shrouded in three white cotton garments, without a shirt or a turban. And the people prayed over him individually, without an imam.
