Will the deceased who worked in a usurious bank, but not in the loans department, and was observant of religious duties, be tormented, and what is the ruling on his money and his pilgrimages (Umrahs), and what must the heirs do?

If your father's work did not involve assisting in usury, then there is no harm in it. However, if it did involve it, then he committed a grave sin, and he will not be rewarded for the financial acts of obedience he performed with ill-gotten wealth. Nevertheless, his ultimate fate is with Allah.

As for the wealth he left behind, if it resulted from permissible work, then it is a lawful inheritance. But if it came from unlawful work, then it must be disposed of by spending it on the welfare of Muslims.
