Does the husband's writing of a list of furniture for his wife make it religiously hers?

The husband is not obligated to register the house furniture he owns in the wife's name, but if he chooses to do so, it is permissible. As for what the wife buys with her own money or her dowry, it is her property. When a dispute arises between the spouses over household items without clear evidence, the wife is awarded what is specific to women, and the husband is awarded the remaining items.
