It is not permissible to work in a usurious bank, especially in the field of computers. There is no difference between a government bank and any other, and the supervision of the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank does not affect the ruling of prohibition. As for loans, what Islamic banks do is Murabaha, which is permissible if the Sharia controls are observed.
