What is the ruling regarding the prayers I performed while there were traces of nail polish present after ghusl from menstruation?

If nail polish prevents water from reaching the skin, then the prayers performed during the period the polish was worn must be repeated. This is because ritual purity is not complete unless water reaches all parts of the skin, and thus, the prayers would have been performed without complete ritual purity.
