What is the ruling on making up missed fasts for someone who broke their fast on certain days in Ramadan because their family forced them to eat, and they expect this to be repeated on an upcoming journey? And is the make-up one day for each missed day, or sixty days?

If revealing your Islam does not harm you, then it is not permissible to conceal it. However, if you fear harm, there is no sin in concealing it. If you have an excuse that permits breaking the fast, then there is no sin in eating and drinking to the extent that it removes the harm, and you must make up for this day. But if you do not have an excuse, then you are sinful for doing so, and you only need to make up for it. What is obligatory for you is to make up only for the days you missed fasting, and no expiation (kaffarah) is required. If you had no valid excuse, then you must repent and seek forgiveness.
