Is it permissible to perform the rituals of 'Umrah for a child while he is inside a stroller?

It is permissible to perform the rituals of Umrah for a child in a stroller, as there is no legal impediment. If the child is unable to circumambulate on foot, he may be carried or pushed in a vehicle, as Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) did. Since circumambulating with an adult who is carried due to an excuse is permissible, it is even more so for a child.
