What is the easiest of the scholarly opinions regarding the ruling on throwing or leaving the names of Allah, or the prophets, or the angels, or anything from the Qur'an in the trash can if there is no intention of desecration?

A Muslim must protect anything containing the remembrance of Allah or the Qur'an from desecration, or dispose of it by burning or shredding, and the like, if feasible. Negligence in doing so, despite its feasibility, is a sin, but one does not become an infidel merely by that.
