Is income generated from the maintenance of in-flight entertainment systems on airplanes, which includes uploading forbidden music and movies, considered permissible (halal) or impermissible (haram)?

Degenerate songs, music, and films are forbidden because they corrupt people's religion and morals. It is not permissible to work in or assist in a forbidden act, as this is considered aiding in sin and aggression. Allah Almighty says: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression). Whoever gives up something for the sake of Allah, He will compensate him with something better. One must seek lawful employment. Money earned from a forbidden act out of ignorance carries no sin, but it is recommended to give in charity an amount equivalent to the earnings from showing the forbidden films.
