Is it permissible for me to study at a university far from my governorate within Jordan, given the availability of safe university housing for female students?

A young woman's going out to attend university and staying in student housing is permissible if the general regulations for women's going out are observed. It is stipulated that her guardian must give her permission to study, go out, and stay overnight, and that she must be accompanied by a mahram during travel. If the university is mixed-gender, she must observe the Sharia regulations for studying in a mixed-gender university.
