It has been narrated that people learned of these events from eyewitnesses, such as Kisra, who sent to Al-Nu'man ibn Al-Mundhir to ask the soothsayer 'Abd Al-Masih ibn 'Amr about their secret. He, in turn, consulted Satih, who informed him of the advent of a prophet from Tihama and that the Persian kingdom would end after the number of fallen balconies.
