How can one benefit a girl who passed away and whom he intended to marry, while regretting the forbidden relationship that existed between them?

First, one must repent for the mistakes that occurred, and conceal them, as well as oneself. It benefits her greatly to supplicate for her forgiveness and mercy, and to give charity on her behalf, of any kind of charity. Perhaps Allah will accept that and forgive her.
