What is the ruling on adding girls to one's personal Facebook page and chatting with them, if the use of Facebook is designated solely for Da‘wah (inviting to Islam) and the conversation in the chat will only be about Da‘wah?

The default ruling for a man inviting a woman is permissibility if the Islamic guidelines are observed, such as avoiding seclusion (khalwa) and mixing (ikhtilat), and lowering the gaze. However, it is difficult to achieve these guidelines, and often, inviting women corrupts a man's religion and morals due to the temptation of women, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "I have not left behind me any temptation more harmful to men than women," and "Beware of the world and beware of women, for the first temptation of the Children of Israel was with women."
